From Friday 10 February, the latest version of YICE is available to all customers. Version 6.0 of YICE includes a number of larger and several smaller changes. Customers with a YICE licence will automatically have the latest version of YICE.
Multi Tenant
The main highlight from the release notes concerns the Multi Tenant functionality. The Multi Tenant makes it possible to manage multiple administrations within one YICE environment. This is useful, for example, for:
✔️ Concerns with multiple operating companies. Each operating company manages its own assets, risks, measures, actions and objectives. You can consolidate the information to group level and provide insight on a dashboard.
✔️ Consultants managing an ISMS for multiple customers. You quickly switch between different customer environments within one YICE environment. In addition, you can give your customer access to their own administration.
The YICE Multi Tenant dashboard
The Multi Tenant functionality is available for customers with a YICE Multi Tenant licence. Up to 10 administrations can be created within a Multi Tenant. For a demo, more information on the features or pricing information, please contact us.
