YICE License structure

YICE offers a clear license structure with a Business, Enterprise and Multi Tenant license. All licenses can be extended with additional users, data storage and additional options, such as ‘single sign on’. See below for an overview of all basic modules and the possible options.

License fees are paid annually in advance. Contact us for more information and prices.

Each customer license includes an operational setup in a completely separate and secure YICE subdomain. One administrator account is provided, which you can use right away. Of course we help you on your way with the included support. At your request, this can be expanded with additional consultancy, for example for configuring your YICE environment, importing control frameworks and/or providing training for users.

Business license

The Business license fits many small and medium-sized organizations. You can access each module and add up to 3 users and 100MB data. With this license you receive 4 hours of installation support.

Ideal for organizations with compliance challenges related to one or two control frameworks

If you need a robust system to manage a control framework, like ISO 27001 or ISO 9001, the Business license might be the right one for you.

Enterprise license

The Enterprise license is a more comprehensive license. On top of the Business license you can add more users and data (for example related to requirements of specific customers or regulatory authorities). And you get 8 hours of installation support.

Ideal for mid and large sized organizations with multiple (internal and external) users and compliance challenges related to legislation and regulations

If your needs are high, your organization is complex with different internal and external stakeholders, certification and assurance are issues to you, the Enterprise license might be the right one for you.

Multi Tenant

The Multi Tenant licence suits concerns with several operating companies or consultants managing e.g. an ISMS for several customers. You have access to each module. Each operating company / client manages its own assets, risks, controls, actions and objectives. Optionally, you can consolidate information to corporate level. And you get 8 hours of installation support.

Ideal for large concerns with several operating companies or consultants managing an ISMS for several clients

If you need a robust system where it is possible to manage multiple administrations within one YICE environment, the Multi Tenant licence may be the right choice for you.
